Shipping & Delivery
We ship to home for free anywhere in the United States. In most cases your order will be shipped via FedEx. However, shipments directly from the vendor may be shipped using a different carrier. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once available.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order, and 3-7 business days for shipping/delivery.
*Note - custom built machines will take additional time for processing at the manufacturer.

The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system (MnSCU) is firmly committed to respecting the privacy of all website visitors to the extent permitted by state and federal laws, including the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. This Privacy Statement of the Campus Computer Store is intended to explain the ways in which we collect information, the way we will use the information collected, and the protections we will provide the information you choose to give to us.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns on unopened products up to 30 days. The store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee and freight charges. However, we do not make returns on any opened software or software where the license code is visible (ex. Microsoft Office and Windows upgrades).
Many of our items include educational pricing, because of this we are only able to sell to members affiliated with Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students, parents of students, faculty, staff and emeritus are all eligible to purchase from our store. StarID is used to verify eligibility for purchasing.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Master card, and Discover. We do not accept American Express, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Cash and check payment are accepted for in-store purchases only.
Our store has educational pricing on laptops, desktops, tablets, and computer accessories.
There may be times when we offer special promotional pricing to our customers. Promotions will be communicated on our website and via social media. Be sure to check out our Clearance category for discounted items.
